@Indiamart , @Pratikchandra , @DineshAgarwal So far we have not received any response. We are getting worse service from above. After taking the payment for service, they do not give any response and refund. They do not make calls and even if we do, they do not pick up

Your service is completely useless. In trust seal plan very less leads come than in basic plan .Update the service not even informed the plan is updated and they call for direct payment but when we are calling their is no response from whole team. Is this @IndiaMART service??

@DineshAgarwal @IndiaMART સાવ બેકાર સર્વિસ છે તમારી. Trust seal પ્લાનમાં સાવ ઓછી લીડ્સ આવે છે એના કરતા તો બસિક પ્લાન માં વધારે આવતી હતી. પૈસા લેવાં માટે કંઈ પણ પ્લાન ચાલુ કરી દેવામાં આવે છે અને જાણ પણ નથી કરતા. કીધા વગર જ પ્લાન ને અપડેટ કરી સીધા પેમેન્ટ માંગે છે અને એના માટે તરત જ કોલ આવે છે.

હજુ સુધી અમને કોઈ રિસ્પોન્સ મળ્યો નથી.ઉપર થી વધારે ખરાબ સર્વિસ મળી રહી છે.પેમેન્ટ લય લીધા પછી કોઈ જવાબ નય અને રિફંડ પણ નથી આપતા.કોલ તો નથી કરતા પણ અને કરીએ તો ઉપડતા પણ નથી. ચાલુ પ્લાનની સર્વિસમાં વઘારો કરી વધુ પેમેન્ટ માટે મજબૂર કરે છે. @DineshAgarwal @IndiaMART #CustomerSupport
