Thragg is faster, for sure, but not in some uber meaningful way - definitely wasn't fast enough to stop himself getting headbutted or haymakered, or beat to a pulp by a group of near-nolan lvl viltrumites.

Even Darkwing outsped Nolan in the guardians rematch at one point. Show is definitively NO and comics he don’t do this
