We’re so proud of our Alpha Rho sister Brianne Coughlin for being elected @AcaciaCarleton Sweetheart! She continuously pours her heart into our organization and Acacia and we are so excited to see you proudly wear their letters too! Congratulations! 💚❤️ 🖤💛
#MentalHealthMatters! Sending lots of #CHEO bear hugs to everyone participating in #BellLetsTalk Day. When we work together, we make real change. Thank you.
#BellLetsTalk about the power of brotherhood. When I attempted suicide in December 2016, I didn’t talk about it until April 2027. I revealed it to my @AcaciaCarleton brothers and they were nothing but supported. Thank you to my brothers for always having my back.
I pledge to continue to break the stigma on mental health.
Grateful we live in communities that have open dialogues, discussions and programs in dealing with mental health in today's fast paced world.
#BellLetsTalk
#BellLetsTalk about how not everyone heals the same. Not everyone truly fully heals. Take steps as you feel comfortable, just don’t be afraid to take them.
#BellLetsTalk about how professional help is extremely hard to acquire sometimes. We should make it more readily available for those who don’t have the money to spend on it.
#BellLetsTalk about how some days I find it hard to get out of bed. How some days tracking steps on my Fitbit means seeing numbers in the hundreds at the end of the day.
Also, gonna be tweeting a hell of a lot more shamelessly today just to throw a #BellLetsTalk tag on it. Mental health is important and hits very close to home for me.
#BellLetsTalk about the disturbing number of teenagers and young adults who are affected by mental illness. About the number of those who suffer so much, ending their life is a valid option.
Today, for every tweet and retweet using #BellLetsTalk, Bell will donate 5¢ to #mentalhealth initiatives in Canada. Join the conversation: https://t.co/TDQFOh8B1p
