Super 8 Seniors: Chambers Academy's Luke Tarver already has one AISA state championship in his career after a monster junior season last year.
This year, he wants to lead the Rebels back to the title game, and be more intentional in taking everything in as a senior.
“Last year, I didn’t take in everything. I just did it, and this year, I kind of feel like I know this is my last year. I won’t get to do this again, and I really just want to take the moment in.”

C/O 2026 Drew Sheppard of @AcademyChambers in AL has accepted his invite to the Cap Classic! Drew was defensive MVP of the Rising Stars football game last December and we're excited to see what he can do on the diamond.
@turkeeb921@_ethanlowrey_@JFergusonAU Yes….. I’d like to see AU play 6 players and see how much success they will have. I’ll assure you, it will be very little. Basketball is about depth and guard play at the end of the season. Basketball is a marathon, not a sprint.
