A tight game throughout but we emerge with the win after Jack fed Lee the ball in the box & he dispatched to give us the lead with 10 minutes to go.

First clean sheet for Ovidijus and Player of the Match went to Josh Feeney. A great performance from everyone.

We face Whittlesey Athletic Development tomorrow in the North Cambs Junior Cup! 🏆

The opposition play in Division Two of the Peterborough League but last year we beat them 2-1 in the same competition so we know we’re capable of getting a victory.

In preseason we came out 3-2 winners against these opponents and we’ll be hoping for another win though it’ll be a tough contest.

We weren’t at our best & there’s no guarantee the result would have been different but at 1-1 a poor decision by the ‘ref’ was made.

Sadly another eventful match but one where we win 3 points once again. 2 sending offs for the opposition but fair play to those left on the pitch who gave us a battle in the second half.

We return to action after a week off by hosting AEK United tomorrow.

After last season’s chaotic fixture against these opponents, we’re hoping for a calmer match where the football does all the talking.

Tomorrow we play our first away match of the season as we travel to play @IslehamUnited Reserves.

Last week was frustrating due to the result but the effort & performance was there & hopefully by doing the same again, we’ll get a positive outcome this week.
