Today he accomplished:

✅ Wearing the most inspirational socks ever
✅ Getting to 100% intensity (he actually got there on day 1 👀 )
✅ Our first remote session (yesterday was in person)
✅ A “man down” event

The days and weeks that follow an ACL injury can be a dark and hopeless place for athletes full of fear and uncertainty. Evan and I built @Accelerate_ACL to be a light.

Through the experience we share with our athletes, we often develop deep, trusting relationships, even when we're physically separated by 3,000 miles.

Yesterday was a fun and fulfilling day. I had the opportunity to meet with two of my athletes and see them participate in their sport while visiting San Francisco for #AAOS2024.

We reflected on our work together, chatted about life, and got to know each other more on a personal level. I'm feeling really thankful for the opportunity to impact young people's lives while doing what I love.

A big thank you to the University of San Francisco women's soccer coaches, basketball training guru Stevie Johnson, and ClubSport San Ramon for accomdating!

Can't wait to see what's next for Brian and Ella!
