Nearly 2 years after originally planned we have finally been able to visit the @GlosHeritageHub - and it was worth the wait! Accessibility here is great, with a platform lift at the entrance and 2 accessible toilets.

Last week we conducted a very enjoyable audit at Pittville Park in Cheltenham 🌳. With great access all around the park, this is a lovely place to enjoy a picnic or an ice cream with the family... and it even boasts a Changing Places facility! #accessible

For our most recent audit we visited Daisy Bank Park in Stroud. This is a stunning park with beautiful views of Stroud. Due to it being on a steep hill accessibility isn't great, however there is a step free entrance at the top of the hill.

If nothing else comes from this pandemic, it would be great if we learnt that inclusion is actually a lot easier than people think. Disabled people who haven't been included in communities due to not being able to go out have found themselves suddenly included - virtually! [1/2]
