purchase flip 4 on January, 2023. Touch is working but display not working. Service centre saying mobile is out of warranty because of scratches. Where it is written in your policy & no panel protector provided by @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile @jagograhakjago @ConsumerReports

My mobile is under warranty and I have sent a mail too regarding this issue. If @SamsungIndia can't afford to give good service then don't give such stupid reason for warranty termination @SamsungMobile there is no panel protector case for flip mobile

@titanwatches gifted this watch on May, 2022. Totally disappointed with the quality as strap got damaged within 6months. Staff behaviour is also not good what's the use of buying expensive watch. We have other brand watch but don't have such issues #worst #experience #titanwatch

@titanwatches Already visited the store from where I purchased this watch and they said there is no warranty for straps. They can't do anything, I have to purchase new strap. How can I think of purchasing new watch when this watch quality is so worse. It cost me 15k and now of no use
