@juviethegreat, we are anxiously awaiting and looking forward to your #TinyDeskConcert!
@NPR, thank you for coming ALL the way through for #BlackMusicMonth, this year! You remain undefeated when it comes to bringing in true artists and establishing a space for community!
@kBrejae I am sorry! I “only” have Gemini on my 7th since I’m Sag rising, but those angles (1/4/7/10th houses) are no joke! I am OVER it and so are my Virgo and Gemini coworkers.
@JadenKnowles2 Love this, welcome to WF! Happy to have you here, and you’ll be on a really good team! I saw Ken’s Facebook post and it made my whole heart smile!
@imanikhadijahh@GL0RYG1RL I do still go to bed between 9-10 anyway, though. I’m just saying how you can start to track how many cycles of sleep to train yourself. It takes some adjustment and is rough for a bit, but you could start by winding your bed and wake time back 30 min until you can wake up at 5!
@imanikhadijahh@GL0RYG1RL One full sleep cycle is estimated to be 90 minutes, so if you sleep in increments of 1.5 hours, even if you only sleep 3 hours, you’ll feel more rested than waking up during part of the sleep cycle! I trained myself to wake up between 5-530 after learning about sleep cycles!
