@ZealousChoice Broke: The T'au are commies
Woke: The T'au are a blend of American warfighting, Indian caste system and the Roman empire's use of auxillia
On coke: Heil Aun'va! Heil Victory!
@Chainsword40k 'It is to live in the cruelest and most bloody regime imaginable'
....proceeds to imagine le heckin chungus wholesome fascist utopia.
You ain't tough enough for this setting.
@slixemexils@Balam_GF13@MrAntiHero1 And that's just one angle! There's so many fascinating ways to approach the concept! If you need hope, if you need clear morality and eventual victory, you're simply in the wrong place. It's the 41st Millennium and there is only war.
@slixemexils@Balam_GF13@MrAntiHero1 Who are you, in the dark. When no one is watching, when no one is coming to save you. What kind of a man are you, truly. What is the calibre of your soul? What depravations will you resort to, what nobility will you retain?
@CommanderFemboi NGL the first IQ test you get when getting into 40k is not getting suckered into being an Imperium purist. Nothing wrong with liking the imperium, but if you cut yourself off from enjoying the rest of the setting you've fucked up.
@GyzmoFyre88 The inquisition is also corrupt, incompetent, paranoid to the point of insanity and riven by infighting that frequently leads to miniature civil wars.
@GoffredoDiFesti@sump_scum_4evah 1. Emotional energy feeds chaos, not faith, the emperor was wrong.
2. Lorgar recognised the Emperor was lying to humanity and corrected this
3. The imperium is, in fact, fictional, so you don't need to actually side with anyone.
@krilindiesagain@aolironmaiden@Hera_Aoe I gave honest feedback, you insulted me, dismissed my thoughts out of hand and repeatedly called me a troll. I expected better from this community.
@krilindiesagain@aolironmaiden@Hera_Aoe A prize pool makes it definitively not voluntary.
I am concerned that by not focusing the coaching on supporting the lower level entrants and over coaching the high level, games will be less competitive and the content less entertaining
You have failed to alleviate that concern.
@krilindiesagain@aolironmaiden@Hera_Aoe My point stands that is paid, not purely voluntary. You stated it was voluntary. I think that's an important distinction. I fully understand it's content farming, but am concerned that the quality of the content will be impacted by the strategy that is currently implemented.
