Social distancing and ‘strictly’ adherence to “SOPs”. This is the reason why #Vtu affiliated colleges are open(offline mode only) while all other colleges are providing online classes.
If anything happens to any student is vtu responsible?. VTU should be fined for not following the government guidelines.
