Brilliant response from @HMRCgovuk on the scaremongering by the press on the ‘new rules’ (NOT) on selling stuff online. Lots of tax professionals trying to mythbust this, but this video gives you the full story. Buying to sell is likely to be trading (taxable). Otherwise not.
