@hazizsegun@BrotherPossible Yes, it warrants the continuous use of the Greek words when necessary. We must first look at the way the author wrote it (In Greek or Hebrew) to see his intent. Then bring that intent and words in todayโs verbiage. The Holy Spirit helps you understand that intent when you study.
@hazizsegun@BrotherPossible I believe you Yoruba,and there are Yoruba words the Englishlanguage canโt interpret/explain without taking away your intent.Samething here,the English Bible has some Greek andHebrew words and idiomatic expressions that the KJV didnโt interpret 100%.The Bible teacher does the work
@hazizsegun@BrotherPossible Meant to say sometimes Bible words are not as English as they sound, words have a cultural and historical context. You canโt just read it at face value. Hence the need for interpretation.
