@kevstyluss @joshsorbe So even if race can’t be the ONLY reason, can still still use factors such as area, the type of work, languages spoken, etc. Kavanaugh very clearly gives the okay here.

@kevstyluss @joshsorbe Sure thing! In Sotomayor’s dissent she explains that the evidence provided showed that the government was using race as one of the determining factors for their detainment. In Kavanaugh’s concurring, he states that race can’t be the ONLY reason, but can still use other factors.
