but People Operations is unlike anything I have ever done. I’ve never been a project manager. I haven’t been a people manager

Started my last LDP Rotation today in People Operations as an Assistant Chief of Staff - SUPER nervous!

I haven’t done ANYTHING like this before, am in an entirely new area, and doing things that aren’t as black and white as finance

The concept of busy season is absolutely ridiculous

I should not be working 10+ hours a day for 3 months, not being PAID for my overtime, and have less/similar PTO to my friends who don’t work OT.

I should be living life, not staring at computer all day.
