Finally, the Web3 Beginner Bootcamp I organized with MFM Teen Church Uselu has come to an end! It was such a fun journey for me, and I’m truly glad to have shared my knowledge & contributed to these young Web3 enthusiasts’ paths. 🖤
The stationary phase of growth can be the most frustrating.
In biology, after explosive exponential growth, bacteria hit a wall: resources tighten, competition intensifies, and progress halts.
Web3 communities and products face the exact same phase.
Teamwork lesson I’ve learned:
For a bulky task that demands clinical output, give it to the laziest person on the team.
They’ll find the smartest way to bypass the bulky work & still deliver perfect result, because they know that a faulty result means doing it all over again.
If your product, docs, or pitch is too technical, you’ve already lost ~70% of your potential users before they even try it.
Most people don’t want to become blockchain experts. They just want their money to work better.
🤔🤔🤔
My web3 bootcamp with MFMTC Uselu gradually drawing to an end.
This week i taught the concept of onchain ownership & digital assets (NFTs), what the metaverse is & Decentralized Autonomous Organizations.
The basics of web3 is indeed fascinating to recap 🥺🥺🥺
Silence doesn’t equal death for the Web3 communities.
In a space that rewards loud signals, constant posting, and performative hype, staying quiet gets misread as “inactive” or “dead.” But that’s a shallow take. Real progress often happens off the timeline.
Why Growth Campaigns Need Time to Kick In
Most growth campaigns fail because people expect instant results. The truth?
Real growth follows a predictable curve:
Start Phase → Exponential Phase → Death Phase.
Patience isn’t just a virtue, it’s your biggest lever.
What do founders really want: Yes-men or free thinkers?
Every founder tweets the same script: “I want people who challenge me.”
But sit in enough team meetings and you see the truth.
The challenger who flagged the problem early gets painted as “negative” or “not aligned.” The smooth operator who kept saying “great idea, boss” gets the thumbs up.
I’ve seen this movie too many times.
Yes-men feel amazing in the moment. Zero friction. Instant validation. They execute fast, laugh at your jokes, and protect your ego like it’s their full-time job.
Early stage, this can look like momentum. You ship quicker. Hiring feels easier. Everyone’s “all in.”
But the hidden cost is deadly:
▫️Critical risks stay invisible until they’re fatal
▫️Culture becomes a mirror of the founder’s blind spots
▫️Talent that actually thinks leaves quietly
Plenty of once-hot startups are now case studies in how having a bunch of “yes” men kills companies. The founder was “visionary.” The team was “supportive.” The outcome was bankruptcy.
Free thinkers are exhausting. They poke holes in your perfect pitch deck. They ask the questions that kill the vibes. They’ll text you at midnight with a detailed google doc titled “Why This Roadmap Will Fail.”
Founder, answer this honestly:
When was the last time a direct report told you your “genius” idea was faulty….??
The moment people stop telling you the truth is the moment your project starts dying. You just won’t hear the flatline until it’s too late.
What Founders Actually should watch out for
Not spineless yes-men. You need mission-aligned adversaries:
▫️People who can destroy your “genius” idea in the morning and ship the full proof version by noon
▫️Thinkers who argue with data, not ego
▫️Voices that make the company stronger, not just the founder feel smarter
The painful irony? The founders who preach “I want disagreement” loudest on LinkedIn are often the most allergic to it in private.
The winners aren’t the founders with the highest IQ in the room. They’re the ones secure enough to fill the room with people who make them look average and then harness that collective intelligence.

Wrapped my first call of Web3 Bootcamp with the teenagers last night! 🔥
What an electric evening!
Even with half the class showing up, the energy was through the roof. But that’s the beauty of Web3, it’s never about perfect attendance. It’s about showing up. The real ones always do.
We kicked things off by tracing the evolution of the internet:
→ Web1: The static, read-only era of the early WWW. You could browse, but you couldn’t really interact or own anything.
→ Web2: The social, read-write era we’re all used to : likes, shares, connections… but also centralized platforms owning your data, your content, and your audience.
Then we dove into why blockchain is the perfect technological upgrade to fix Web2’s biggest headaches: lack of trust, data monopolies, censorship risks, and single points of failure.
Finally, we unpacked the core superpowers of Web3:
✅ True Ownership
✅ Decentralization
✅ Transparency
✅ Borderless interaction
The class was locked in and already starting to see how this tech is bigger than just “crypto.” 🙌
Super proud of everyone who showed up. The future is decentralized, and we’re the ones who’ll build it.

I collaborated with MFM Teenage Church Uselu to host a Web3 Bootcamp as part of their Skill Acquisition Program for teenagers.
This counts to me as a new challenge that I’m excited to face head on! From talking on a stage to working with teenagers but I’m sure with God’s help, we will see it through.
The aim is to get them acquainted with Web3, introduce them to the various niches, and hopefully after the duration of the program, they will choose to further in the niches they take an interest in.
