First touch & feel bullpen of the offseason today. Body felt great focusing on pelvis rotation and working down the slope. Below is a full video from the bullpen with Trackman metrics on each pitch. 5 4SFB, 5 2SFB, 5 CH, 5 CB, 5 SL, 1 4SFB are the order of pitches in the video.
