Finished my junior year with a 🥉 medal in the 300m hurdles, running a PR of 40.31, and a 5th-place finish in the 110m hurdles.
This season also brought a 14.84 PR and a new school record in the 110s.
Not every race goes exactly how you want, but I’m proud of the work, the growth, and the results. Thank you to everyone for all your support this season. #uncommitted

On 4th down, South Barber's Austin Swonger rolls out to his left, pressured, and throws the ball down field with his LEFT HAND (off-hand) for a 1st down! Incredible play!

@AceSwonger is a 5 tool player and multi-sport athlete that can do it all! Austin has a cannon for an arm and can throw accurately from multiple arm angles. Check out this video of Austin flashing the leather at SS in this video!

Thank you to @GorillasBSB and @BrockBuckingham for having us out. While our team’s overall record wasn’t where we had hoped, we showed growth throughout the summer. I posted strong individual performances and statistics, demonstrating versatility across several positions, mainly 2nd base. Batting improvement’s were noticeable, especially toward the end of season as the last 3 weekends I had 6 singles, 3 triples, and a home run producing 8 RBI’s, to finish off the year on a really high note. Thank you also to Coach @BieryZachery for his time he invested throughout the Spring and Summer and @Coach_Cervantez for lining up some really great opportunities for us.
Thank you @KStateBSB and @HughesMas for a great weekend out. I had a solid performance, hitting 2 triples, 1 single, and producing 3 RBI’s and 5 runs. Defensively, I had 13 chances, with 10 assists, 2 putouts, and 1 double play. I was able to showcase my skills at multiple positions, including SS, 2nd, 3rd, and Pitcher.
