And, continuing my thought that I started, in 2010 I would've called U2 the best - now I see it as a quck, soulless cash grab, much like the community sees SV & Z-A

@Terios_Korvalis @3clipse_tt After playing GTA SA no NFS is good enough (except PU with a joystick) despite its trashy physics and atricious graphics.
But here's the neat part: PU was released in Y2K, and SA is 2004, the same year as U2. The game wasn't good for its time or whatever way you want to put it.

@Terios_Korvalis @3clipse_tt But you have plenty of beerries from checking the trees/ground, you don't need berry farming, it was a shortcat necessary due to technical limitations that we no longer have. When you collect them by hand you feel like you've accomplished something, and farming was just waiting

@Terios_Korvalis @3clipse_tt The game where it's easier to level up is more difficult because you have to watch your level closely and rotate team members to take extra Exp from your party to the box. Red was infinitely easier

@pizzaxyz @3clipse_tt I'm mainly speaking of the Pokégear calls. They're the central mechanic in Johto, and in GS callers can only ask for battles and have no personalities. I think it's the sole reason why upgrading to Crystal is non-optional

@pizzaxyz @3clipse_tt How do you justify playing GS over Crystal? I think out of all the third virsions Crystal is the only one you can't skip. Emerald and Platinum just mess up with the gyms and add BF, Yellow is utter trash and not a real Pokémon game. Crystal has the most essential improvements!

@AlolanGreninja @3clipse_tt Every 2 weeks?!😮😮😮😮😮 I takes me 2 weeks to reach Goldenrod in Crystal playthrough that I keep restarting this year, because I get exhauset and pause playing, and then don't feel like continuing after a hiatus and start a new save file instead

@Terios_Korvalis @3clipse_tt Yes. I was shocked several times by how inaccurate were my most vivid memories. ESPECIALLY when it comes to how god or bad games or movies were. For example, after playing GTA SA I could not go back and play NFS Underground 2 because of how empty the city felt. I was shocked!😮

@XPokemonProf @3clipse_tt I seriously don't get you, people. ZA had better story than even PMD: RBRT, and SV is the best game ever with open world and Chien-Pao. What can you possibly not like? Do you really want to go back to shitty 2D graphics and soulless unidimensional characters?

@3clipse_tt Literally play them more than new games, and I'm not one of those toxic unova fanatics and Gen 9 and 8 haters. Old Pokémon are very accessible, and because they're all on emulators I can trade between save files and have evos I couldn't've had on real hardware.
