@phDsud0@espn@MikeGarafolo Finally, he was never charged with anything but a minor misdemeanor and the case itself was settled out of court between his party and hers. The misdemeanor was a result of "acts resulting in gross injury" which basically means that his response to her actions was a bit too much
@phDsud0@espn@MikeGarafolo She shoved him and put her hands on him, by definition by the law of Oklahoma that is self defense. Furthermore, Amelia Molitor, the lady in the video was highly intoxicated and had a history of misdemeanors and drug possession.
