I don't think people understand the gravity of the situation as the UN is preparing for possible nuclear weapon use in Iran.

This is a picture of Tehran. For you uneducated, untraveled, never-served, warhawks licking your chops at the thought of bombing it. It's not some low population desert. There are families, children, family pets. Regular working class people with dreams. You're sick to want war.

Tehran is a city of nearly 10,000,000 people. Imagine nuking Washington, Berlin, Paris, London, or beyond, bombed with nuclear weapons.

I gave up my diplomatic career to leak this information. I suspended my duties so as not to be part of or a witness to this crime against humanity, in an attempt to prevent a nuclear winter before it is too late.

Yesterday, nearly ten million people protested “No Kings” in the United States. The possibility of the use of nuclear weapons must be taken very seriously. It's dangerous. Act now. Spread this message worldwide. Take the streets. Protest for our humanity and future. Only the people can stop it. History will remember us.

After watching the video of the old man, many good people (both Hindus and Muslims) reached out to help him. It's good and you must do that but don't ignore the larger question—why is a population of 220 million Indians targeted and demonized with the most senseless and filthy accusations—juice jihad, thook jihad, COVID jihad, love jihad, land jihad and what not.

Some say it's a strategy to win elections. Of course, it is.

Some say it can lead to violence and riots. Maybe it can.

Some say it creates hate and division. Yes, it does.

But beyond everything, it makes an entire section of the society feel underconfident and depressed.
It hurts them. It belittles their sense of humanity. It demolishes their sense of belonging.
Every Muslim in India, no matter where they stand on the ideological, sectarian, or religious ground just wants one thing back—their self esteem and dignity. Nobody wants to be the target of cruel bulldozer jokes. They have no hope that it will die down when it comes from the absolute top. Call them Abdul or Puncture Putra or whatever you want but it's a situation where they've been pushed to the wall and turned into a joke for everyone to laugh at them and entertain themselves. But they are not a weak people. They have shown remarkable resilience and proved that no matter what their minds will never bow down before those who humiliate them.

It's now a common conversation in an upper middle class Muslim household that their sons/daughters should move abroad. Many people have moved abroad. What about those without means? They can't go anywhere.

How do you respond when your Prime minister calls you a Mangalsutra thief, buffalo thief, and thug who's eyeing everyone else's property.

A lot of Muslims work as masons, laborers, small farmers, electricians, rat miners, plumbers, cooks, house helpers, and gig workers. You think that these people are robbing you?

The real question is not about helping individuals. It is about starting an important conversation. Why does he feel so emboldened to think that humiliating Muslims is gonna win him elections?
