Sometimes, what people need most is not condemnation, but understanding, boundaries, patience, and accountability in the right balance.
The more we understand human behaviour, the better we communicate, lead, relate, and grow.
The person who struggles to trust may have been disappointed too many times. The person who reacts aggressively may have grown up believing aggression is protection. The person who constantly seeks validation may never have received enough reassurance.
Understanding this does not excuse harmful behaviour. But it helps us approach people with more awareness instead of quick judgment.
Not every attitude is arrogance. Not every silence is pride. Not every reaction is hatred.
Human beings are deeper than surface behaviour.
One thing adulthood teaches quickly is that
"You can be passionate, gifted, and hardworkingโฆ and still struggle with direction sometimes".
Growth is not always clarity.
Sometimes it is simply continuing despite uncertainty.
Communication expert Jefferson Fisher showed me something I wonโt forget...
He calls it the string theory.
When two people are talking, thereโs an invisible string between them.
If you check your phone, the string goes slack. Even just having it on the table breaks the connection.
Hereโs how he explained it ๐๐พ
@TheVictorOkafor I am happy I watched this. Thanks bro, this was encouraging. Why didnโt you wear the wrist watch before you started the video ๐ You are forming for us ๐

I just remembered one of my favorite quotes from a saint, it says โTo do the impossible, Start by doing what is necessary and possible and with time, you would find yourself doing the impossibleโ.
I remember this as I think about the feeling of doing the needful lately.
I believe I just found the answer, Oh yes! It is possible. Firstly, we need to start doing whatโs necessary - everyone of us.
We must perform without holding back what is logically and morally necessary to be done and possible so that the impossible
I am thinking yea, as long as we prioritize what needs to be done, a lot is possible.
There is so much chaos in Nigeria, the news has become my fun page, because as I watch and see everything happening, I stop to ask, โis it possible for Nigeria to revive from this?โ.
