SEW are a company of ONE. They have no competition and therefore no reason to be competitive.
They paid £2.25m to shareholders in March.

The bottled water station at RCP Parking will not open today (Thursday, 4 December) due to the Polar Express event at the Spa Valley Railway.
Huge shout out to my team who have been working round the clock in the background to get as many vulnerable people water deliveries since the crisis started, and today to make sure each and every affected GP surgery has received water supplies.
Well done guys - you’ve gone above and beyond.
I also want to single out the Borough Council Officers - who as civil servants remain nameless - for working under extreme pressure and pulling together so many strands around this crisis response. They have been extraordinary.
