⚠️ 12,000 homes are currently without electricity in and around the #Oxted area following a fire at a substation. Firefighters are on scene dealing with the incident and we expect electricity to be restored for residents by approximately 13:00 hours.

@James_Grove @TheSecretFF999 Indeed , it doesn’t take long for conditions to change and the “seasons” blend. The fuel loading continues to grow if not managed, unlike other fire loading. Prevention and work with local land managers/owners plays a huge part.
