I’m not trying to discredit your academics or degree, but if you’re still in university and waiting until graduation to lock in, you’re in for the biggest shock of your life.
Reality begins after your project defense.
If your parents are the ones fending for you, that financial support will most likely drop drastically once you graduate. If you have relatives or older friends supporting you now, a lot of that grace exists because you’re still a student. A few months after graduation, that support will reduce significantly because, whether you’re ready or not, you’ll officially enter the labor market.
And I promise you, it is not rosy out there.
If the only thing you’re doing in school is studying, and you haven’t learned a skill or started a business, no matter how small, you still have time to change that.
Find a balance and work as hard as you can without letting it affect your grades.
University students in some countries can afford to give school their 100% undivided attention. You can’t afford that luxury. You come from a continent and a country where you often have to fight and hustle for even the most basic things.
Nobody is coming to save you. I will tell you that whether you want to hear it or not. You are largely on your own. There is no Simon of Cyrene to help you carry your cross.
Post-graduation depression is a real thing.
Most of the people you call friends today will gradually drift away after school, not because anyone is wicked, but because life is about to get very serious for all of you.
If you start something for yourself now, you’ll have a head start after graduation. You’ll have something to fall back on. The small customer base you build in school could eventually become a thriving community later on.
Let me reiterate: learn a skill, start a small business, do something, no matter how little.
In the real world, employers expect you to have years of experience even as a fresh graduate, just to land a decent job that often doesn’t pay nearly enough.
I believe I have spoken enough about this.
A word is enough for the wise.
Can we take a moment and talk about who your Heavenly Father really is? This is the same God who spoke creation into existence. The same God who hung every star in the sky and knows each one by name. The same God who carefully created you with purpose, value, and intention. You are not an accident. You are not forgotten. You are not overlooked. God created you on purpose and for a purpose. He has placed gifts inside of you, strength you haven’t fully discovered yet, and potential far greater than you realize. He has equipped you to overcome obstacles, empowered you to keep going, and called you to make an impact in this world. No matter what your relationship with your earthly father looked like whether it was wonderful, broken, absent, or somewhere in between don’t let that shape how you see your Heavenly Father. He is faithful. He is loving. He is present. He is good. He sees you, He knows you, and He has never stopped believing in what He created you to be. Never forget whose child you are. 🤍
Stop caring about what people will think. Focus on your growth, focus on your hustle, focus on what brings you money.
Stop focusing on people's opinions. Opinions don't pay bills.
Focus on improving yourself everyday, focus on making your life better.
Make it your aim to be the best version of yourself, to improve yourself and do things that will bring you results no matter how small.
People's opinion won't bring you money, their opinion won't pay your rent neither will it pay your bills.
Stop caring about what people will say. Trust in your abilities, believe in yourself and go ahead with your hustle.
I wish you the best. ❤

I went from nursing emotional distress to getting a man who reminds me daily of how much he adores me, how beautiful and precious I am.
A man who is ready to choose me all over again.
A man who is intentional about us.

And then there will be people who will go miles for you, showing up in ways you never expected. The important thing is not to take that kind of love and effort for granted. Don’t overuse their kindness, don’t overextend their patience, and don’t keep asking them to carry more than they can. Even the most devoted people have limits, and appreciation is what keeps good hearts from growing tired.
there's nothing i want more than to get closer to God, unlearn bad habits, break cycles and truly discover who i am as a woman. I want to walk with more discipline, more grace, and more faith. I want to love myself deeper, forgive and honor the purpose God placed over my life
God, please bless women who are studying, building careers, running businesses, leading communities, and working quietly toward their goals. May their efforts not be wasted, and may they see the fruit of their labour. Amen.

10 Signs You Are Mentally and Emotionally Ahead of Your Age:
1. You have already stopped blaming others for the life you have not built yet
2. You understand that most conflict is really just two people's unhealed pain colliding
3. You no longer need a dramatic exit from things that no longer serve you
4. You have learned to feel an emotion without immediately becoming it
5. You know the difference between someone who is bad for you and someone who is simply not meant for you
6. You grieve things privately and heal forward without performing either one
7. You are no longer moved by things that are loud impressive or designed to make you feel small
8. You have stopped waiting for an apology to begin your own healing
9. You understand that people can love you genuinely and still not be good for your growth
10. You have made peace with the fact that not everyone will understand your journey and you no longer need them to
A moving woman (me) will have it all. The career that fulfills her. The love that steadies her. The properties in her name. The passport full of stamps. 🤞
There is something some of you do that is very disturbing.
Because you have a cleaner that comes around twice a week, you eat food and you stash the plate for days till the cleaner comes around. You don't clean up your personal space till the cleaner comes around. Your bed is always unmade and you house dirty till the cleaner comes. Why do you need someone else to wash your underwear if you are not actually mad?
This thing is just common sense and hygiene. Wash your plates immediately after eating. Clean up your kitchen always. Flush your toilets properly and keep it clean. Keep your house in order, you're the one living in it. When your cleaner comes, she can do general cleaning. You don't have to be a pig just because you're paying someone to clean. I also have a cleaner but my house is always neat and organized. I am the one living in it.
You need to do better. Money will not fix the values you don't have.
I've checked my life very well and realized I don't like begging. That's why I'm always asking God to never place me in a position where I have to beg to survive. 🥺🙏
I have taken time to check my life, and I realized i don't like begging.
That is why I'm asking God to never put me in a position where I'll have to beg to survive.
God, keep working on me. Give me Your ways instead of my own. Help me stay away from the things that push me to revert to bad habits. Keep me focused on what brings the best out of me. Shield me from anything negative and ill hearted. Keep me covered as you always do God. Amen🩷
There’s something I do in the morning when I wake up that has greatly impacted my walk with God.
After reading Pastor Benny Hinn’s book Good Morning, Holy Spirit, I became more intentional about acknowledging the Holy Spirit each morning. So when I wake up, one of the first things I do is say, “Good morning, Holy Spirit,” and then spend time fellowshipping with Him.
One of the ways I’ve done this is through journaling. I have both a physical and digital journal titled Good Morning, Holy Spirit, where I write love letters to God expressing my love, gratitude, and thoughts to Him. Then I spend time waiting on Him and writing down what I believe He is communicating to me.
This practice has sharpened my discernment, helped me become more familiar with God’s voice, and increased my awareness of His presence throughout the day.
