The initial implementation of the ATV value proposition is just one part of the broader plan we previously announced.

As the ATV concept gains traction within the community, the next phases will be rolled out step-by-step with ATV at the core, alongside the expansion of the ATV ecosystem—including ATV QR Payment, ATV Maps, ATV Game, and more.

Within the closed ATV ecosystem, the ATV Token will play a pivotal role alongside the use of $ITL for meeting users' daily spending needs.

A beta version of the ATV QR Payment model is launching soon. This feature allows merchants to register as ATV payment points, utilize ATV QR Payment for daily business operations, boost their store's visibility via ATV POS Maps, and—importantly—earn ATV Tokens through these activities.

Upon the launch of ATV QR Payment, transactions on the platform will integrate directly with real-time $ITL - ATV pricing, offering buyers two options when scanning an ATV QR code:

- Pay based on the current ATV/$ITL rate.
- Pay at a custom rate: users can determine the $ITL payment value based on mutual agreement.

ATV QR Payment makes adopting and spending $ITL incredibly simple and transparent: just scan the QR code, pay in $ITL, and receive both the goods or services and the accompanying ATV Tokens.

ATV is more than just a concept; through ATV QR Payment, it serves as a powerful platform driving $ITL to become a mainstream payment method for the real-world economy.

🎯 Why Is There a Phase 2?
Following the completion of Phase 1, InterLink has decided to open Phase 2 to buy back extra ITL. Therefore, Phase 2 starts now and will remain open for the next 48 hours.

The list below shows wallets that have fully passed the final review and whose ITL will be purchased by InterLink.

For selected wallets

The submitted ITL will be refunded before Phase 2 ends. This allows participants to join Phase 2 again and submit a new, more competitive offer price.

⏳ Phase 2 Duration: 48 Hours

Participants who were not selected in Phase 1 will have another opportunity to submit their ITL at a more competitive price.

Phase 2 of the InterLink Buyback Program is now complete. Thank you to every Contributor who participated!

📊 Phase 2 Final Results
• 235 wallets selected for the buyback
• Approximately 71,564.03 ITL acquired
• The selected wallets were divided into two groups:
- 215 wallets with asking prices ranging from $1.40 to $1.60 per ITL
- 20 randomly selected wallets with asking prices of $1.60 per ITL or higher

Any remaining ITL that was not purchased will be refunded to your wallet within 1 week.

📈 Final Results Across Both Buyback Phases
• Approximately 92,000 ITL acquired
• Approximately $240,000 USDT spent
• Highest accepted asking price: $15 per ITL

Purpose of the Buyback Program
- This buyback was not intended to influence, support, or signal the market price or value of ITL or InterLink Labs.

- The purpose of both buyback phases was to acquire ITL for the upcoming 10 Million Linkers Celebration. If your wallet was not selected, please do not be discouraged. Our priority was to secure the best possible prices so we could acquire as much ITL as possible for the wider InterLink community.

- Across the program, approximately 85–90% of selected wallets were chosen based on the most competitive asking prices. In Phase 2, this primarily included offers priced at $1.60 per ITL or below. The remaining 10–15% were selected randomly to give other participants an opportunity to take part.

- Our heartfelt thanks go to all selected Linkers who offered their ITL at reasonable prices. Your participation has enabled us to acquire more ITL to distribute back to the community. 💜

10 Million Linkers Celebration Rewards
All repurchased ITL will be distributed as rewards during the 10 Million Linkers Celebration to eligible contributors among @inter_link’s first 10 million users.

To qualify, users must:
- Have registered an @inter_link account before August 1, 2026
- Hold a balance of more than 10,000 ITLG
- Have successfully completed Step 1 Verification
