Customer care tried placing the order again but restaurant never accepted. Finally they did refund. Question here is I applied a discount coupon 'SWIGGYIT' now when I reorder i dont have it.

The third claim was rejected due to Agency details not furnished.
I am confused about the mention of agency details since the amount is supposed to be credited directly to my EPFO account. Iam not sure how an agency is relevant in this process.
I am genuinely concerned that any future claims may also be rejected for unclear reasons. I kindly request your support and guidance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
I have already raised a complaint with my employer regarding these issues. All my details including KYC, bank information, and employer information are correctly updated in the portal. Still, my claims continue to get rejected.

I ordered food through Swiggy Snack expecting it to be delivered within 10 minutes, especially since the outlet is located very close to my home. However, the order took over an hour to arrive
but received no response.
