On June 22nd 1962, The last of the Boeing B-52 Stratofortress strategic bombers, B-52H-175-BW, was rolled out at the Boeing Military Airplane Company plant in Wichita, Kansas. This plane was serial number 61-0040 and the 744th aircraft to roll out of the plant!

This British Airways Boeing 747-400 is one of four special livery aircraft designed to pay tribute to British Airways history. This particular 747 will proudly wear these vintage colors until it is officially decommissioned in 2023! ✈️
