@arg_imma_pirate I'm working on a new formula that should be out in 3-6 months.
Burning from a moisturizer usually comes from dry skin. Benzoyl peroxide can dry the skin.
After years of research, https://t.co/SlvtZY3IfE is proud to present the first ever comprehensive guide to all available acne treatments and acne scar treatments, including how well they work, based on all available clinical studies.
@VeteransMma The moisturizer itself doesn't burn. Your skin is likely just dry and irritated from benzoyl peroxide, and you notice that when you put moisturizer on. This will subside over time.
@SydShutTheFukUp You mean the products themselves or the box it comes in? If you mean the box it comes in, we use everything as environmental as we can. Recycled box, degradable peanuts, etc. Yeah it looks kinda not so great. But I'm ok with the tradeoff for environmental impact.
@knelson1912 Whoa! That certainly isn't how we send it out. Looks like that one had a rough go of it through the postal service. Hope all the products made it through ok.
Face masks may increase acne by physically irritating the skin. Choose a lightweight, light-colored mask to limit irritation and sweat. The simple, disposible light-blue surgical masks can be a good choice. https://t.co/s2yaqHFeMt
@AstridNeubert During Covid, all carriers have suspended shipments to Spain. However, this will hopefully be lifted soon and we can resume sending there.
Here's where we will update countries when they change. https://t.co/CborL67dSG
Is fabric softener safe to use if you are prone to body acne?
It's hard to say since fabric softeners don't list their ingredients and often contain fragrances, which might irritate the skin. When possible, forgo fabric softener.

@acemerson23 No. We use the exact same ingredients. We are always tweaking our manufacturing process to make it as perfect as possible though, and the latest batch appears lighter yellow because of this. But the ingredients are exactly the same and in same quantity.
@joy_karey6 @MakeupForWOC @frixdays @cerave Usually washes don't provide the same clearing as leave-on BP products.
Good rule of thumb: Wait until your skin is completely clear and has been that way for a couple of weeks. Then you can change 1 variable at a time and see if you stay clear.
Acne is a pain, but is there an evolutionary reason for it? Could it be that...
1. It's just leftover from when we were more hairy?
2. It's nature's way of making sure we don't reproduce too early?
You know how you've always heard your skin will get worse before it gets better on retinoids (tretinoin, adapalene, tazarotene)?
Not true. 7 of 8 studies show no acne flare.
Yeah they're not amazing at clearing acne, but at least no flare.

When cleansing acne-prone skin, the name of the game is avoiding irritation. Always avoid soap. Instead, choose a gentle liquid cleanser made specifically for the face. And as you cleanse the skin, stay ultra-gentle and use only your bare hands.

@tatapaung This is the well-known "hardening effect" of benzoyl peroxide. It will subside! Use plenty of moisturizer and add in 5-6 drops of jojoba oil every time you use moisturizer.
After 1 month, be sure to add in https://t.co/SlvtZYkLhE AHA+ as well, and you'll be all set.
Ever wondered how exfoliation can help with acne? Here's how.
Most important: Chemically exfoliating with glycolic acid or salicylic acid keeps the skin clear better than physically exfoliating with things like rotating brushes or microdermabrasion.
