@gardensinboots Bullet points 4 & 5, if LA thinks it is abandoned they can remove it and they don't have to wait for any license, road tax to expire. Cleaner Neighbourhood Act.

@gardensinboots This was the question that vexed me. It never moved, had flat tyres and was not Road worthy, how it got to a garage for an MOT, I do not know.
There can be a dark reason why a vehicle that never moves can be kept taxed and MOT'd.

Labour haven't released the voteing figures for the West Mids Mayor candidate selection. Not clear if they plan to. But I am told @liambyrnemp came close to winning on 1st preferences and didn't quite do it, @LabourPete was second and @SalmaYaqoob third
