@BalaamBarugahar A welcome initiative. Corruption in DSCs has denied many qualified applicants opportunities. In Amuru, applicants were told to "put a stone" on applications so the wind wouldn't carry them away, the "stone" meant money. I hope these reforms restore transparency and merit.
