This student works for access to “Spa Time!” His teacher makes it authentic by greeting him with, “Sir, do you have an appointment ? What are we doing for you today?” Now that’s motivating! 👍✅
You teach your students self-regulation and self-care, but don’t forget about doing the same with yourselves!
This week’s ABASE PLC is about self-care and self-regulation, and comes with a complementary goodie bag!
Even on their most challenging days we need to remind our students that their feelings are real, it’s ok to feel them, and we still love them…thank you CES! #selfawareness#maintainingrelationships
Tick Tock Tick Tock ⏱
Why are we crazy about visual timers?
-They are a representation of the passing of time.⏳
-They give an end to an open ended activity.📖
-You can individualize the time to fit your student’s stamina.🏃🏻♂️🏃🏽♂️🏃🏿♂️
Thanks @MissBeccasPiece for sharing your space!
