When Helldivers 2 first came out, ppl accepted it was a stupid game. Shit's inconvenient, it'd blow you up, it was unfair, you'd die a lot, it was silly and dumb and just a goofy power fantasy.

I get the idea Oda was going for with Sabo but I think it was just so hard to implement by the point he thought of it that he had to do backflips to make it work. At least if Sabo had been promoted to his post later in the story it could've kinda worked?

I genuinely think if there was no social media community around helldivers it would be more popular. There is SO much complaining about this great game it's crazy. I wouldn't even notice or care about these changes if half the community didn't start yelling when they came out.

Helldivers 2 is a game where youtubers hyperbolically tell community things are terrible and that shooting weak points, an aspect thats been insisted upon since before the games launch, is not possible or a viable option.

We could do with less youtubers is my point.
