Today, we’re sharing highlights from Chipinge LRP as we strengthen local action to prevent Gender-Based Violence against women and girls through the SASA! Together Start Phase.
Recently, @ActionAidZim introduced the Start, Awareness, Support, Action (SASA!) Together model in Chipinge LRP. A total of 30 SASA Champions from Ward 3, Chipinge Rural District Council were trained in Chipinge in a 4-day capacity-building session.
We call on polluters to "Fund Our Future” by investing in community-led solutions that safeguard ecosystems & strengthen environmental justice.

We are back spotlighting Mbire Local Rights Programme.
In many rural schools across Zimbabwe, menstruation becomes a silent barrier to learning. No privacy. No water. No dignified toilets.
As a powerful complement, every young woman & girl received dignity kits support their menstrual hygiene needs by reducing period poverty and normalising menstruation as a healthy natural process.
