The Active911 team is driven to help First Responders be incident ready and on scene faster.
ActiveAlert is designed to get Heroes on site with as much information as possible, while ActiveTeam will help Admins put the right people on the right shifts.

We lost a great one this month. Richard Meeks, Assistant Chief with Curry Fire, was everything right about this community. We were grateful to spend time with him at FDIC in April.
Please consider supporting his family.

This week is #DispatcherWeek. Before the sirens, before the response, there's a voice on the line staying calm so you don't have to. They are the backbone of every emergency.
Active911 is proud to support every telecommunicator. Thank you. 🎙️💙

🌟 From the Front Lines
KSN: Active911 helps KS firefighters fight wildfires. Chief Strickler (Barton Co FD2):
"This app can tell us where the fire’s at, exact location, hydrant locations within the city, mile markers… just about anything you would need to get to the scene "

If your dispatch uses Microsoft Exchange, you may see delayed or missing call data and alerts. We’re actively monitoring and will share updates as needed.

Microsoft is experiencing a service degradation that is impacting some dispatch centers’ ability to send call data to ActiveAlert via email. This issue is within Microsoft’s systems. ActiveAlert is operating normally.
To the officers who serve without knowing what the next call will bring: thank you.
Your courage, discipline, and sacrifice do not go unnoticed.
We appreciate you.

Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year from everyone on the Active911 team!
Many of our staff will be out of the office over the next two weeks, spending time with their families. Our support team will still be available, but help times may be increased until after the new year.
Chief Todd Gary knows that when communication works, crews work better.
In this video, he breaks down how ActiveComms keeps Colton Fire District synced on every call.
Honored to support leaders like Chief Gary who put their teams and their community first.
