As we approach the weekend, remember that physical activity isn't just about 'conventional' ways of getting fit. Why not take some time out this weekend to find your calm, and engage in activities that bring peace to your life, such as gardening or swimming?
Earlier this year we worked with @Dance_to_Health to design a programme targeted towards falls prevention in Great Yarmouth 🎶
This provided a fantastic opportunity for local residents to build strength and balance through the creativity, expression and energy of dance 💃 🕺
Recognising National #FallsPreventionAwarenessWeek we've been working closely with @yh_nffolk to deliver free Falls Management and Exercise classes in Attleborough - seeing substantial improvements in outcome measurements, such as the participants sit-to-stand performance! 🙌
It's National Falls Prevention week!
Recently within our Norwich locality we have supported @AgeUKNorwich to deliver Sit Fit classes; focusing on providing fun, friendly and low-impact seated exercise to music! 🪑🎵
