SheUltra Marathon completed. 31 gruelling miles on the Llyn Peninsular in absolutely stunning weather. Finished in 8 hours 39 mins. Already entered for 2025. Now to rest up.

Well this time next week I will be registering and picking up my tracker and bib for my very first Ultra Marathon. All being well I will be on the start line a week tomorrow for this awesome event in celebration of my 60th year on this planet.

The American RECOVER initiative has brought together over 100 veterinary specialists, to produce an evidence-based veterinary CPR guideline. There currently does not exist a European or UK set of guidelines.

It's really important that all first aid providers keep up to date within their field by keeping a portfolio of Continual Professional Development (CPD). Back in March I undertook the online RECOVER Pet CPR course.
