When I supported the Lackadaisy Backerkit, I got multiple updates on the status of my items. I'm still waiting on my books, but they've explained the reason for the delay and when to expect the books to be sent.

THAT is how you handle a delay professionally.

I leave your account unblocked because people know how to make up their own minds and they would just send you screenshots anyway. I don’t appreciate being attacked this way.
