It’s ridiculous to see the opposition to congestion pricing on environmental justice grounds when it will fund:
o The installation of air filtration units in schools near highways
o Expanding asthma case management in schools
o A new asthma center in The Bronx
Workers from nine different unions will start building a vessel called the Acadia used to stabilize offshore wind turbines.
It'll use steel from Indiana.
It'll be powered by an engine from Pittsburgh.
And its crew will be union mariners.
