The problems in your life are never too big for God. Trust God, work hard and stop worrying. You will overcome the adversity you are facing and it will make your testimony even more inspirational to those who look up to you.
Filming at Wat Ta Don Temple felt sacred in every sense, the kind of location that becomes its own character. None of this would’ve happened without tapping in with the locals who brought the story to life, especially my videographer and his assistant. Urban Legend (vertical series) coming soon 🔥📽️🇹🇭 #verticalseries
Four years ago today, I lost my best friend, Jesse “Core” Howard, but not a day goes by that I don’t think about him. We first met back in high school, and from the start, we connected over something simple but powerful: trading cards. What began as trading collections turned into trading stories, jokes, and lessons that shaped who I am today.
Jesse had this incredible mix of focus and heart. His passion for sports was infectious, he could turn any game into a philosophy lesson, find meaning in a stat line, and hype up his team like no one else. I saw that same drive when I spent a summer semester at Johnson C. Smith University, the HBCU he proudly graduated from. You could feel his spirit alive on that campus, the kind of pride that comes from legacy, love, and hard work.
I miss him, not just his laugh or the late-night talks, but the way he made the people around him feel seen and understood. Jesse taught me about loyalty, dedication, and finding joy in small things, like opening a fresh card pack together, hoping for something rare.
On this day, I honor you, Core. Your memory lives on in every card I keep, every game I watch, and every friend I hold close. Thank you for being my brother in every way that mattered.
