And that most people are self employed so have so much additional work and outgoings from the little they do get paid.

@AsdaServiceTeam Hi Asda, I've just had my delivery turn up 30 mins late and my frozen hasn't been delivered. Unfortunately I didn't notice this before the driver disappeared!

How can I resolve this please??

I bought some food from the Hull Station store today and was asked for more than the £3.95 my food cost. I questioned it, the staff agreed it cost £3.95 but didn't refund the difference.

@EYBuses I've just been on the 105 from Hull Interchange to Cottingham (bus 753) and I just wanted to let you know that I'm extremely impressed at the customer service from the driver!

An elderly lady needed a little help getting on the bus and the driver went above and beyond!

Otherwise the question they're asking probably isn't relevant or anything other than them being nosey!
