#MentalHealthMatters - while many asylums were dark, terrifying holes people disappeared into, releasing those most vulnerable among us, without proper housing, mental health care out patient services wasn't the solution.

We must, as a society, work together to fix the system.

@AGlubbable It must've been because it's very short, so people who usually hate cuties while playing videos in the background don't have the time to stop it, giving it a full view.
It's also surprising so there's also a higher full view chance this way too.

I think lots of people who genuinely socialize on #vrchat for thousands of hours, significantly improve how they treat other people.

Even when seeing those people IRL it crosses over perfectly and I’ve never seen any place influence us more than VRChat.

Like almost every topic about anything I can barely find anything positive being said about vrc.

It’s honestly easy to have a bad memory overshadow great ones, especially early on when we’re still getting used to setting up boundaries.

This can also take thousands of hours and will vary based on the communities you start out in.

The longer you play the more chances you have of meeting users that just want to enjoy themselves at no cost of others. Turns out often these people are mute, trans, furries, and/or many more.

(You might find them mostly around mirrors too!)

Often they stuck with it and learned how out to maneuver in publics and find events and people that don’t mistreat them.

Overtime the groups that come out of this effort are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met in my life 🤍

They really didn’t need to be that way, it’s much easier to be bitter after all.

(Approximately 10k hours (13k total) of my playtime was spent on socializing in vrchat. Often I host my own rooms but I’d say at least 30% was spent in public rooms. Maybe 30% was spent streaming/events and 2-4% drinking.)

@defntly_a_lettr @syadouchama Hence the "for now" ! The rate limiting is also replaced by the "resembles automated messages" error, which has roughly the same effect unless you dunk huge amounts of time on Twitter to wait for the cooldown 😞. It's useful for debates though.
