Today at #ChildHealthCan2022 I described the attributes of the future-focussed change leader. We need to be highly skilled to enable change in complex environments ("what I know"). However, "how I think" & the way that drives my improvement practice will be of more significance
If we want to delegate more, we need to consider levels of delegation. A different approach is needed if weโre moving responsibility to someone who hasnโt done this work before (level 1) compared to someone who already has competence (level 3). Helpful sketchnote from @HALO_Psych
Mark Bagnell from IIS in eHealth mentions that while AI is amazing, the HSE needs the appropriate data behind it. As the HSE is large and complex, we need staff with the right skills, strong stakeholder relationships and strong data to support the effective use of AI. #SparkAI
