@Buffalosaint @GardaTraffic It states on insurance policies a L driver has to be accompanied by a qualified driver with a full licence ,some even state accompanying drivers most have their full licence for over 2 years..

@GardaTraffic Also uninsured drivers should also be more strictly dealt with and if they continue to drive should be jailed..every other insured driver in this country is paying for them..when I last checked it was something like €40+

@GardaTraffic Crazy speed..a lot of vehicles have number plates that don't conform to the regulations also Crazy amount of cars out there with almost blackout windows. As the law states front drivers and passenger windows as well as windscreen cannot be blackout...
