Currently averaging between 5-6 hours of sleep a day. Working night shifts is actually horrendous. Would not recommend. I got 3hr 50m sleep last night transitioning from night shifts to days. My chest hurts, my eyes hurt. I don't feel tired just feel... insipid? Dull?.. dunno.
