2/2: I’ve had students who have had successful reviews, but although marks can go up, they can also go down. If you’re close to the next grade, then it’s you’re right to take this path. @AQA@eduqas etc… will have further details on their websites. #gcse2023#ResultsDay2023
1/2: @SkyNews just so students know what to ask for, it’s worth noting that exam boards do not ‘remark’ papers, they can review them though; a review is checking each question within an exam paper to check that they have been marked in line with the principle examiner’s standard.
Great to see more variety being added to the curriculum (albeit starting in September 2025, but all specifications do need to strong enough to deliver quality education to students).

@virginmedia Yes it has happened, the connection was restored, but TLS was never paid. If you read through this chain on here, it provides the details. I’m happy to be contacted directly, someone did try, but it would not let me reply to them.
@virginmedia I know it was a break in line as I have the notes from VM system saying we required a repull and had no connection for 8 months. I’ve spoken to ‘the team’ often, and to no avail. I was advised that it’s a ‘back office team’ that deals with TLS, and they don’t talk to customers.
@virginmedia Em,I’ve read it. My flatmate and I were advised by VM it was TLS. Took 8 months to be repaired; we had no service, no BB. We had to pay DDs throughout, assured that when repaired, we’d be compensated, but we haven’t been; we’ve paid 8 x DD for no service😓 @MoneyTelegraph@afneil
@virginmedia@CatherineWest1 as my local MP, what is your view on Virgin Media not providing me (a teacher) with the broadband I was paying for, via DD, especially during lockdown. They know my flat mate and I had NO USAGE and then failed to compensate or refund? @Ofcom
@virginmedia We were without internet for 8 months! The cable in the street was broken, we required a repull. When the internet was restored we had nothing. We could not use a service we were paying for. Put yourself in my position, would you be happy to pay for something and not get it?
