Learning styles are the educational equivalent of believing you can cure a cold with a damp sock and a prayer. Scotland, it’s time to let this zombie myth finally die on the hill where it belongs. Let’s teach kids what works, not what sounds trendy in a staff meeting.
There are four key barriers to pupils' learning that every teacher needs to manage. What are you using to address these barriers? Challenge 1 - be crystal clear what you are teaching & what you expect pupils to learn. Design tasks that focus on that learning.
