@Ofcom Thanks, but the link you sent doesn't explain this situation. Lycamobile says I must pay £15 before they'll give me my PAC code. Is this allowed? Do I have to pay to keep my number, or is there another way?

@LycamobileUK's app showed £5 at checkout but charged me £10. I informed Lycamobile about the issue, then disputed the extra £5. They've now blocked my account and are demanding a £15 voucher to release my PAC code.

This is MY number. Is this allowed @Ofcom?
