Apple hired UPS to deliver my $416 order, but instead of UPS handling it, they subcontracted to another contractor, who then subcontracted AGAIN to a local driver.

So now my package has passed through multiple hands with zero accountability, and somehow it’s marked as “delivered”—with no proof, no signature, and no GPS record?

Who is actually responsible for ensuring secure delivery when UPS keeps outsourcing to third parties? I need answers. Who was the final delivery driver, and why was my package marked delivered without any verification? #UPS #Apple #LostPackage
