@CBoxTrace Multiple things can be true at the same time:
1. It's not impossible for small-market teams to win big.
2. Big-market teams still operate at a tremendous advantage.
3. If you are stupid with your money, you will struggle no matter how much you have.
@mikealexbolling Yeah, in a crowd of 16,000+, it's inevitable that at some point some idiot in that crowd is going to lose control and point at a player. Only in Indiana!
One of the saddest 9/11 stories I've read about.
A man on the West Side of the North Tower tried to climb down the side of the building using a technique known as a ''chimney climb.''
He managed to scale down 9 floors over the course of 30-40 minutes. He went down from the 94th floor to the 85th floor but was knocked off when the South Tower collapsed.
Indomitable human spirit. I wish we knew his name.
@bkravitz Good thoughts, Bob. Too much of the discourse surrounding this league has been black-and-white (literally and figuratively). Appreciate your "two things can be true at the same time" perspective. It's increasingly rare.
@DustyWaxed@VinnysCorner1 Sat frozen (soaked) in my seat at PBS after the game ended until security finally came and told us to leave. Didn't say a word the entire time.
The Best Sandwich Spots at Every FBS School!
Taste is subjective, but it's pretty clear these are the best places to crush a sammy at across the country🥪
Which ones did I get wrong? Help me improve the list🗣️👇
@AlexGoldenNBA Most of it is coming from same fanbase that crashed out over the Pacers taking Reggie Miller over Steve Alford. Take it for what it's worth.
